Easy Clean Eating Buffalo Ground Chicken Recipe
Easy recipes are one of my favorites of course, and ones that are buffalo and clean eating are even better. Ground chicken is a great way to switch up your protein and enjoy amazing healthy meals.

Hot sauce is a great way to add a little spice to your life, and adding anything spicy is great for your body in moderation.
This recipe is easy, fast, and has almost little to no preparation time. Spice it up!

Hot Sauce: Hot sauce is a great way to spice up any meal with few to zero calories. In a study published in the Journal of the Federation of American Societies for Experimental Biology reviewed the effects of how consuming spicy foods such as hot sauce could help prevent overeating as well as help your body burn more calories and fat. Spicy food affects our bodies by it increases our metabolism, suppresses our appetites and causes us to drink more water which helps with portion control.
-2lbs of Ground Chicken (choose one with less fat)
-8 Tablespoons of Hot Sauce
-Dash of Red Pepper Flakes
-Dash of Chili Powder
-Dash of Cayenne Pepper
-1/4 Cup of Water
1.) In a pan, spray with non-stick spray.
2.) Add your ground turkey and cook on low until fully cooked. Once the chicken is cooked remove any liquid from your pan.
3.) Add 1/4 water to your pan. Add your hot sauce and spices and mix well. If you want it to increase the spice, add more spices per taste.
4.) Serve warm. I enjoy mine over a nice romaine lettuce salad topped with a freshly made salsa.
